The Bowen technique consists of several different series of movements - with pauses after each set - and can be applied while you are clothed (if you prefer). The combination of movements can be variable depending on what your body needs; therefore the treatment time can vary too.

La Stone Therapy is a full-body luxurious treatment with smooth and hot Basalt and cold Marble stones.
